The probable cause of the above issue is the service wait waits in a queue for windows other services.
RESOLUTION
...
Follow the given steps to resolve the issue -
Steps:
- From start menu, open Services application and search for the GINESYSPlanningService.
- Inside Property select , go to the General tab and check the Startup Typetype. Set it Automatic (Delayed Start).
- Set the Administer account and password Password in Log On tab.
- Set the First failure, second Second failure and Subsequent failure as as Restart the Service for the all three options in the Recovery tab.
