Server reinstalled and Web report also re-installed with the help of Report backup folder.
Server migrated to another system and web report also re-installed with Report backup folder.
Reason :
Report scheduler service wrongly configured.
Under Scheduler Settings Menu → Schedule Remoting Host path value was imported automatically or It was wrongly configured.

Tested the Schedule Remoting Host connection with running configuration (Protocol, Hostname or IP,Protocol,Port ) then save the settings and click on Apply.

Report Execution Procedure with respect to Scheduler setting will be as follows : If & only If “Enable Report Scheduling“ Scheduling option is True. Then it checks set true under settings of Server tab, then you should check below points one by one.
