Sometimes you need to create a new item by combining more than one item or break one item to create more than one new items. For this process one or more than one new barcode will be created. This process is required to increase sale of particular items, to clear stock etc. This article describes the process of manage Bundle is Ginesys Web module.

Prerequisites- The users' role must have access to the Add app operation in the Bundle feature in Inventory - Operation - Convention through Roles in Ginesys Web - Admin - Security.
- Process master must be present.
- Jobber must be created.
- Stock Point must be present.
Step-by-step guideThe process is divided into the following steps: - Go to Inventory > Conversion > Bundle
- Bundle window will open.
- You will get a group of icons at the top right corner of the window.
The icons name from left to right are - Expand All, Collapse All, Delete, Print Document Report, Attachments, Clear Form and Open Side Panel.
Expand All: Clicking on this icon, all the sections will be Expand if they are collapsed. Collapse All: Clicking on this icon, all the sections will be Closed if they are expanded. - Print Document Report: Clicking on the Down Arrow beside this icon, you will get Print Preference option with already created Report File Template. This option is used to print document.
- Attachments: You can Upload some required documents from this option.
- Clear Form: Clicking on this icon, you can Clear all the data already entered.
- Open Side Panel: Clicking on this, you will get the details of the current Bundle as follows:
- Document Summary: In this section you will get the details of Selected Items, Sale Type, Owner Site, Modified byetc.
- Customer Details: You will get the Selected Customer Details like Address, Contact Details, Tax Region, Credit Limit, Overdue Amount etc.
- Customer Statistic: This section describes the Delivered not Invoiced amount, Outstanding Amount, Last Invoice Date etc.
- General Information:
- Owner Site (Mandatory Field) will be populated automatically as per the connected site. You can change the site from the lookup window.
- System Date will be populated in the Date field.
- Bundle No (Mandatory Field) will be populated automatically. You can change the site from the lookup window.
- Select the process name from the lookup window.
- Select Jobber from the lookup window.
- In stock Point & Out Stock Point will be populated based on Jobber Name.
- You can put in the Reference No.
- Item Information:
- You will get five options to select items - Select Item, Scan Item, Import Barcode . Select item using any one of the option.
- The selected item will be populated in the Item Information section with Barcode, Item description, Quantity etc.
- Selected Item will get two options - Delete Record and View Property beside the every item row.
- Others:
- You can put in the remarks for the Service Invoice from the Remark field under Others fields.
- Now click on the Save button.
- You will get a confirmation message - "Document <Document No.> saved successfully".

- Bundle must be created.
Step-by-step guideThe process is divided into the following steps: - Go to Inventory > Conversion > Bundle.
- Bundle module will open.
- Previously created Bundles will be listed.
- Select the Bundle you want to edit.
You can use Filter to search particular Bundle.

Note: If you select multiple Bundle, you will get the Edit option disabled. You cannot edit multiple Bundle at a time. |
- Edit: Bundle window will open.
- All the details will be populated.
- You can modify Process Name and Jobber Name.
- You can add or remove item(s).
- Click on the Save button to save the modified Bundle.
- You will get a message - "Document <Document No.> saved successfully".

- Bundle must be Un-Posted.
Step-by-step guideThe steps are as follows: - Go to Inventory > Conversion > Bundle.
- Bundle module will open.
- Previously created Bundles will be listed.
- Select the Bundle you want to delete.
- You can use Filter to search particular Bundle.
- Go to Acton > Delete.
- You will get a message - "Document once deleted cannot be retrieved. Do you want to delete this document?"
- If you click on Yes, you will get a confirmation message "Bundle <Bundle No:> - Successfully deleted".

- Bundle must be created.
- Bundle must be Un-Posted.
Step-by-step guideThe steps are as follows: - Go to Inventory > Conversion > Bundle.
- Bundle module will open.
- Previously created Bundles will be listed.
- Select the Bundle you want to release.
- You can use Filter to search particular Bundle.
- Go to Acton > Release.
- You will get a message - "Document(s) once released cannot be modified. Do you want to proceed?"
- If you click on Yes, you will get a confirmation message "<Bundle No:> - Successfully released

- Printer must be connected and installed.
Step-by-step guideThe steps are as follows: - Go to Inventory > Conversion > Bundle.
- Bundle module will open.
- Previously created Bundles will be listed.
- Select the Bundle you want to print.
- You can use Filter to search particular Bundle.
- Go to Acton > Release.
- You will get previously created template.
- Click on the required template to print.
- A new window will open.
