Item-level Manual Discount
On WebPOS, Item-level manual discount will continue to be applied within the Product pop-up, which can be accessed by tapping on the name of the product in Cart.

On mPOS, use the Item Manual Discount option which can be accessed by tapping the View options under the product on the Shopping Cart page.

Bill-level Promotions & Manual Discount
On WebPOS, two new buttons have been added to Checkout; Bill-level promotions are now applied by the Apply Bill Promos button, and bill-level manual discount using the Bill Discount button.

On mPOS, two new buttons will be visible on the Collect Payment page, just below customer information; Bill-level promotions are now applied by the Apply Promotion button, and bill-level manual discount using the Bill Discount button.

If promo resolution is set to Auto in policies, bill-level promos will NOT be applied automatically. Automatic resolution of bill-level promos will be made available in a future update, and we recommend manually applying promotions at Checkout for the time being. |
On webPOS, bill-level manual discount cannot be applied from Cart. It will remain visible with a reminder of the change and will be removed in the near future.
