Dashboard
The target analysis module provides a comprehensive dashboard that displays the target and achievement percentage at different levels. The target integration is done through Excel, using two types of integration processes: one through the Genesis database, and the other through external Excel. The user must provide the target data points at the level they want to maintain, such as salesman Site or product level. The dashboard shows how salesman Sites are performing, which ones are achieving the target percentage, and color masking guides users to identify growth or de-growth in achievement percentage for a particular salespersonSite.

Performance
From this sub module user can get a clear cut overview regarding the target wise performance and identify the Best and Worst performers considering the target achievement % .

Details Report
Details reports are available at the YTD, QTD, and MTD levels, with options to select dimensions and the amount format. The Target Performance Analysis provides two ways of measuring salesmen Sites target performance: standard
Standard and customCustom.
In the standard approach, assuming a fixed 80% achievement percentage, color masking guides users to identify the best and worst performing salespersonSites.
In the custom approach, users input their preferred achievement percentage, and the best and worst performers are identified accordingly. This module provides users with a flexible and detailed view of how their salesmen Sites are performing, allowing for data-driven decision-making.
