The browser displays the following message Server Error in ‘/GINESYSWeb’ Application when user tries to import data through Excel in GINESYS Web.

One of the probable causes for the error is that the that a wrong file DevExpress.Web.Mvc.v15.1.dll present along with the file DevExpress.Web.Mvc5.v15.1.dll in <Ginesys Installed Drive>\GSL\GINESYS12\WebUI\bin folder.

- Run Auto Update > Update Software (Auto Update version 10 onward)
- Run Auto Update > > Update Dependency Files (HO version 11.137.4 onward).
Reload the File Reopen the Ginesys web page in the browser (F5) and try to import again.
