Goods are taken out from out from the various bins of the warehouse for further processing. The action of collecting stored goods from bins is known as as Take Away. This article describes the process of manage Take Away from Ginesys WMS Mobile Application. 

Prerequisites

1. The users' role must have access to the Add app operation in the Take Away feature in Inventory - WMS - Transactions through Roles in Ginesys Web - Admin - Security.

Step-by-step guide

The steps are as follows:

1. the Bin Number from which you want to make Take Away. 
   

2. You will get the item list present in the scanned bin. Two columns will be available in this list - Available free Qty. and Scanned Qty.

   If item scan unit is in float then Auto Quantity pop-up will be opened otherwise item scan unit will be taken automatically.

   Take Away has two modes - Manual & Suggestive. Manual - After scanning the bin, it will show the allocated items with available free quantity in descending order. Suggestive - After scanning the item, put in the desired scan quantity then select the bin from the bin hierarchy. After that available bin with that item (available free quantity wise) will be shown in descending order.

   
   

3. Start scanning items one by one available in the bin to make Take Away. 

4. Available Qty. will be decreased and the Scanned Qty. will be increased. 

5. Click on the Save button when the scan process will be completed.

6. You will get a confirmation message - Are you sure that you want to confirmed the scanned item(s)?

7. If you click on the Confirm , you will get a message - "Take Away generated successfully <Take Away No.>."

8. If you click on Continue, you will get back to the main Dashboard again.
