Bin is a designated storage location of Inventory. The Bin Group allows you to give a name to a group of bins storing similar kinds of items. It allows you to collectively address the bins as one entity. This is done to avoid confusion while deciding on the type of bin. This article describes how to add new Bin groups in the Bin Master.

Step-by-step guideThe steps are as follows: Go to to Ginesys Web - Inventory - WMS - Setup - Bin Group Master. This will open the the Bin Group Definition window. Image Modified
Right click on Root(Connected Site) and select Add option to add a node. You can add node in every level by using same method. But you can only add node upto level 6. You can also put in description of each level in Manage Prompt option.

Right click on the particular node which you want to delete and click on the Delete option. A popup message will be shown "Node once deleted cannot be retrieved. Are you sure you want to delete" If you click on on Yes, the Node will be deleted.

Note : You can delete a node only if it has no child node. If it has any child node then you have to delete the child node first. |
