The software displays the error message "You cannot install the 64-bit version of Microsoft Access Database Engine because you currently have 32-bit Office Product installed" when user tries to install a 64-bit version of Microsoft Access Database Engine in the presence of a 32-bit version of Microsoft Office Product.

- Download the 64 bit of Access Database Engine (AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe) from this link http://support.ginesys.in/downloads/current/AccessDatabaseEngine_x64.exe
- Save the downloaded file in the root of C drive. File path should look like C:\AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe
- Open a Command prompt with elevated mode [Right-click on cmd.exe or Command Prompt application in Windows program list and choose Run as Administrator]
- Navigate to the root of C drive. To do that type cd\
C:\>AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe /passive
This will install the 64 bit version of Microsoft Access Database Engine. If any issue ask them to take help of their IT administrator.
