Scenario :

  • Server reinstalled and Web report also re-installed with Report backup folder.

  • Server migrated another system and web report also re-installed with Report backup folder.

Reason :

  • Report scheduler service wrongly configured.

  • Under Scheduler Settings Menu → Schedule Remoting Host path value was imported automatically or It was wrongly configured.

Resolution :

  • Tested the Schedule Remoting Host connection with running configuration ( Hostname or IP,Protocol,Port ) then save the settings and click on Apply.

Report Execution Procedure with respect to Scheduler setting will be as follows : If & only If “Enable Report Scheduling“ option is True. Then it checks Schedule Remoting Host Path is correct or not then check the Report Scheduler Service is running or not sequentially.
