Sales is the ultimate goal of Retail. Even a fantastic product has no effect if the sales force, promoting it, is not motivated enough. A common way of keeping your sales force motivated to sell is to provide salesman incentive. An incentive is an object, item of value, or desired action or event that spurs an employee to do more of whatever was encouraged by the employer through the chosen incentive. Through Ginesys, organizations can inspire their sales force to sell more by incentivizing their sales plan. Assortments are created and allocated with definite percentage of incentives for each assortment.
