Module Name : Stock Analysis

1.1) Warehouse Stock (both Qty and Amount) has been added as measure

in all classical reports under “Sales Stock” and “Stock Movement” tab as “WH Cl.

Stock Qty” and “WH Cl. Stock Amt”.

1.2) Creation Date, First In Date and Last In Date (Stock) have been added

as dimension in all classical reports under “Stock Ageing”,“Stock Movement”

and “Sales Stock” tab as “Stock Creation Date”, “Stock First In Date”, “Stock

Last In Date” .

1.3) Two new measures named “Actual Sale Qty” and “Actual Sale Amt”

have been added as measure in all classical reports under “Sales Stock” and

“Stock Movement” tab as “Actual Qty” and “Actual Value”.

Logic of the following two measures are as follows.

Actual Sale Qty = Sale Qty + Sale Return Qty

Actual Sale Amt = Net Sale Amt + Sale Return Amt

1.4) A new and major analysis has been introduced in this version under

Stock Analysis module as “ITR & GMROI”. This analysis is based on ITR and

GMROI. It is available for four different time dimensions (YTD, QTD, MTD and

Period) on Organization level, Product Level and Summary

Module Name : Product Analysis

2.1) Warehouse Stock (both Qty and Amount) has been added as measure

in all classical reports under “Non Moving”, “Slow Moving”, “Fast Moving”,

“Private Brand” and “New Item” tab as “WH Cl. Stock Qty” and “WH Cl. Stock

Amt”.

2.2) Creation Date, First In Date and Last In Date (for Stock) have been

added as dimension in all classical reports under “Non Moving”, “Slow Moving”,

“Fast Moving”, “Private Brand” and “New Item” tab as “Stock Creation Date”,

“Stock First In Date”, “Stock Last In Date”,

Module Name : Supply Chain Analysis

3.1) Warehouse Stock (both Qty and Amount) has been added as measure

in all classical reports under “Product Shuffling” tab as “WH Cl. Stock Qty” and

“WH Cl. Stock Amt”.

Module Name : Merchandise Analysis

4.1) Warehouse Stock (both Qty and Amount) has been added as measure

in all classical reports under “OTB Analysis” and “Vendor Analysis” tab as “WH

Cl. Stock Qty” and “WH Cl. Stock Amt”.

4.2) All classical reports under Merchandise module are available in both

Pivot report and Sort Report format. Pivot report has the cross tab feature and

Sort report is for table format and for sorting on any column as per client choice.

Module Name : Margin Analysis

5.1) A new and major analysis has been introduced in this version under

Margin Analysis module as “Markup Analysis”. Markup is the difference

between the cost of the item and the original retail price (what the item is

selling for). It is available for four different time dimension (YTD, QTD, MTD

and Period). From this analysis user can identify the correctness of expected

Markup%, also they can identify store wise, product wise markup sale, markup

margin. Margin related all measures are available in this analysis.

Module Name : Price Point Analysis

6.1) Warehouse Stock (both Qty and Amount) has been added as measure

in all classical reports under “Score Card” and “Sale/Stock” tab as “WH Cl. Stock

Qty” and “WH Cl. Stock Amt”.

6.2) Closing Stock (both Qty and Amount) has been added as measure in

all classical reports under “Score Card” and “Sale/Stock” tab as “Closing Stock

Qty” and “Closing Stock Amt”

Module Name : Report Builder

7.1) Warehouse Stock (both Qty and Amount) has been added as measure

in all classical reports under this module as “WH Cl. Stock Qty” and “WH Cl.

Stock Amt” for the six different time dimension (YTD, QTD, MTD, WTD, Daily

and Period).

7.2) Warehouse Purchase (both Qty and Amount) has been added as

measure in all classical reports under this module as “WH Purchase Qty” and

“WH Purchase Amt” for the six different time dimension (YTD, QTD, MTD, WTD,

Daily and Period).

7.3) Local Purchase (both Qty and Amount) has been added as measure in

all classical reports under this module as “Site Purchase Qty” and “Site Purchase

Amt” for the six different time dimension (YTD, QTD, MTD, WTD, Daily and

Period).

7.4) Creation Date, First In Date and Last In Date (for Stock) have been

added as dimension in all classical reports under this module as “Stock Creation

Date”, “Stock First In Date”, “Stock Last In Date”. .

7.5) There are three basic fields are added as dimension in all classical

reports under this module as “Day”, “Date” and “Site Code” for the six different

time dimension (YTD, QTD, MTD, WTD, Daily and Period).

7.6) Two new measures named “Actual Sale Qty” and “Actual Sale Amt”

have been added as measure in all classical reports under this module, for the

six different time dimension (YTD, QTD, MTD, WTD, Daily and Period) as

“Actual Qty” and “Actual Value”

Logic of the following two measures are as follows.
