How To: Assign Sales Person in a POS Bill

Sales Person Assignment is necessary in time of POS billing for incentive purpose. If the POS site is HO controlled and HO set the policy to assign sales person fo that site, then sales person assignment is mandatory with POS billing. This article describes how to Assign Sales Person in Ginesys POS.  

Pre-requisites

  1. Sales Person must be created.
  2. Minimum one item must be present in the bill. 

Step-by-step guide

The process is divided in the following steps:

  1. Go to Ginesys POS > Item or press F2 > Assign Sales Person.
  2. Select Sales Person window will open.
  3. Select the sale person whom you want to assign in the POS Bill.
  4. Click on Select button. 
  5. The selected sale person will be populated in Sales Person column of the Bill Details section.
