Managing Utilities tab in Ginesys ERP Admin Module

The Utilities module contains various tools, activities, functionalities, etc. 

This article is a collation of all Organization articles that will enable the creation and management of products through GINESYS in the mentioned order: 

  1. Document numbering series is important for all organizations to maintain and track the different documents used by them. For every document saved in Ginesys, there has to be a document numbering scheme assigned to that form or else it won't allow the creation of that document. Managing Document Numbering Scheme in Ginesys ERP Admin describes the process of managing document numbering scheme.

  2. A Barcode is a small image of lines (bars) and spaces affixed to store products to identify a particular item number. How To: Configure Barcode Printing in Web describes the process to manage barcode printing.

  3. User-defined fields are custom fields created to track information specific to certain user-specific areas, such as projected figures, activities, resources, issues, or risks. Configuring and Allocating UDFs (User Defined Fields) describes the process of managing barcode printing.

  4.  Cube Manager is a tool to manage the data cubes created to generate various reports in Ginesys.

  5. The E-way Bill Generation can now be done directly from Ginesys

  6. Now Audit Trail for several modules can be enabled and disabled; their reports are exported and purged.
