25415 Image convention is not defined for the department. - Error message is showing

Inventory - Product Definition - Item Hierarchy - Group

Scenario:

1. Go to Inventory > Product Definition > Item Hierarchy > Group
2. Go to Properties of any Department.
3. Select any one Image Convention from the drop down list.
4. The image will be saved with the same name as selected convention name in 'ItemImage' folder.
5. Select the same name as given above at the time of item creation.
6. Observe that one message is shown - Image convention is not defined for the department.

25192 Cannot Save record: Reason:... - Error message is shown while updating bulk HSN

2. Go to Receive tab while creating a Miscellaneous Entry.
3. Scan an item.
4. Scan that item again.
5. Observe that second time the item is populating in a new row instead of increase the quantity of the first item.

24540 Page refresh is taking long time on decline of auto generation of Purchase Invoice in GRC

1. Ensure user has following profile enabled - Allow auto creation of Purchase Invoice and Purchase Return 
2. Go to Ginesys Web > Procurement > Operations > Goods In/Out > Receipts.
3. Create a GRC (Outright Mode).
4. Click on Save.
5. The following message will be shown to generate Auto PI - Do you want to generate Purchase Invoice against this Receipt?
6. Click on 'No'.
7. Observe that it is taking long time to refresh the page.
