Objective:
This document provides step-by-step instructions on connecting two Ginesys Organizational Units (OUs) with a single Zwing instance. This involves the creation of two OUs in Ginesys, the setup of a connected app with Zwing inbound API keys for both OUs, and the synchronization of data between the OUs and Zwing.

Prerequisites:

  • Access to Ginesys with administrative privileges.

  • Access to Zwing with the necessary credentials.

  • Ability to raise a ticket with Ginesys tech support.

Step 1: Create Two OUs in Ginesys

  1. Log in to the Ginesys platform with administrative credentials.

  2. Navigate to the "Organizational Units" section.

  3. Create two new OUs, representing the entities that need to be connected to Zwing.

  4. Note down the names and any other relevant information about the newly created OUs.

Step 2: Create Connected App in Ginesys

  1. In the Ginesys dashboard, go to the "Connected Apps" section.

  2. Create a new connected app for each OU that needs to connect to Zwing.

  1. Once the Ginesys tech support team confirms the inbound key change, verify that the connected apps are successfully connected to Zwing.
