27827 Online invoices can now be created at a future time

Enhancement Summary:

Some checks and constraints have been removed from invoice processing for omnichannel platform partners. The removal of these checks and constraints of time in creating invoices makes GDS inbound remarkably flexible.

Scenario:

Ginesys customers may need to create invoices which will be printed at a future time. Hence the above changes have been made to make it possible to receive such invoices in Ginesys through GDS.

25716 Online invoices can now be created more flexibly

Enhancement Summary:

Some checks and constraints have been removed from invoice creation for omnichannel platform partners. The removal of these checks and constraints in invoice creation increases the flexibility of GDS inbound.

Scenario:

The third party omnichannel partner may need to share many details which were earlier constrained, hampering the smooth receipt of invoices. Hence the above changes have been made to make it possible to receive such invoices in Ginesys through GDS.

327719GIN-1248

27719 Loyalty integration related messages have been made clearer

27716 The HSN code is captured for the item whose GST rate is being applied to the service item

Enhancement Summary:

The highest available GST rate in an invoice is applied to any service items present in it. Now Ginesys will capture the HSN code of the item whose GST rate is applied to the service item.

Scenario:

Suppose there are three (3) items in an invoice - A001, A002 and A003. Now, if A003 is a service item and GST rate for A001 is 18% and A002 GST rate is 5% - then GST rate for A003 would also be 18%. Now if there is any confusion why this rate was applied, the captured HSN code for A001 will clarify the issue.

526684GIN-1258

26684 POS barcode History Report made more comprehensive with reflection of Omnichannel data

Enhancement Summary:

The updated status of inventory for items being sold by Omnichannel can now be obtained through the POS Barcode History Report. So users can get the actual inventory count.
