Forms module is where a Purchase Form describes the Government Department for which it will be required. For example, FORM - C
is required in case of CST sale, FORM - H
is required in case of EXPORT Sale. These forms can be tagged with the Charges which will be applied through them.
The following table displays the fields in the list of Forms required for Procurement transactions:

Extinct (Check box) | If ticked, the selected Form cannot be tagged for any transactions. |

The Add button in the Forms master grid view allows the inclusion of new sales forms as and when required. On clicking the button, the Add Forms window opens up to include all relevant details of a form. The new record can then be saved and reflected in the master. Prerequisites
