This article describes how to tag Document Numbering Scheme.

  2. The Document Numbering Scheme to be tagged must exist.

Step-by-step guide

The steps are as follows:

  1. Go to Admin > Utilities > Document Numbering Scheme. The Document Numbering Scheme module opens.

  2. Now select the Document Numbering Scheme you want to tag and click on the Tag button.


  3. If the Document Numbering Scheme is for the Web Application, then select the desired module in the Web Application tab. If the Document Numbering Scheme is for the Desktop Application, then select the desired module in the Desktop Application tab.

  4. Click on Save button if you have to tag other schemes too or else click on Save & Close button.

      Note: After tagging to the appropriate document, the Numbering Scheme must be assigned to required Organization Sites. Otherwise, the document numbering scheme will not be available to the tagged documents.
