A Pick List is a document that indicates which items should be taken from the inventory of a warehouse to fulfill orders. This article describes the process of manage Pick List from Ginesys Warehouse Management System Mobile Application. 

Prerequisites

  1. The users' role must have access to the Add app operation in the Pick List feature in Inventory - WMS - Transactions through Roles in Ginesys Web - Admin - Security.
  2. The Ginesys WMS Mobile Application must be installed in the mobile. 
  3. The items must be present in the bin.


Step-by-step guide

The steps are as follows:

  1. Login into the mobile application with the already created User ID and Password.
  2. After successfully login, you will get the Dashboard.
  3. Click on the Settings from Menu icon on right corner of the screen. 
  4. Put in the Site Settings, Put Away details, Take Away details and Other Settings. 
  5. After putting all the details, click on the Save Changes button.
  6. You will get back the main Dashboard.
  7. Click on the Pick List tab. 
  8. Two tabs will open - Assigned and Unassigned
  9. You will get assigned and unassigned Pick List.
  10. Click on the unassigned list to assign the Pick List.
  11. You will get a confirmation message - "This Pick List will assign to you for pick up."
  12. If you click on Assign, the unassigned pick list will be shifted to the Assigned tab. 
  13. Now click on any one assigned Pick List.
  14. You will get pending Qty.
  15. Scan Item section will open.

    If the Pick List is of Retail Order type then for a particular bin list will be shown item wise by default. If the Pick List is of other than Retail Order then list will be shown item and order wise. User can ungroup it manually in both situation.


  16. Scan the items which is present in the Pending Qty list. Scanned Qty. will be increased and Pending Qty. will be decreased.
  17. Click on the Save & Continue button after completing the list.
  18. You will get a confirmation message - " Do you want to confirm the scanned item(s)?"
  19. If you click on confirm, You will get a message - "Pick List confirmed successfully <Pick List No.>."
  20. If you click on Continue, you will get back to the main Dashboard again.

    After updating 12.8.0 -  Picklist will be auto confirmed when all the items have been picked.

     Items may be grouped as order wise or item wise during the Picklist confirmation ( Version 12.8.0 )
