The solution of above issue is to Restart Oracle Service then the Ginesys Licensing Service. The steps are as follows:
- Go to Start>Services Start > Services.
- Restart OracleServiceGinesys.
- Right click on OracleServiceGinesys.
- Click on Restart.
- Restart GINESYS Licensing Service.
- Right click on GINESYS Licensing Service.
- Click on Restart.
- Now Login into Ginesys HO and/or Ginesys Web.
