Pre-requisitesThe users' role must have access to the Cube Manager feature by enabling Add app operation for the feature through Admin - Utility - Manage - Cube Manager.
The modules have to be assigned to the user for cubes to be created.
Step-by-step guideThe steps are as follows: Go to Admin > Utility > Manage > Cube Manager. Cube Manager module opens. Click on Add button. OLAP Cube Manager window will open. Fill the Cube Information section. Module: Select the module for which you are creating the cube. Cube Master: Cube Master is the type of cube you want to create. Select the cube master from the drop down list. Cube Type: The selected cube master will be populated in the Cube Type field. Cube Name: Put in the Cube Name (Mandatory Field). Date From: Date from which the cube will start working (Mandatory Field). Date To: Date upto which the cube will work (Mandatory Field). As on Dated: Date on which a particular cube will work (Mandatory Field).

Note: For particular combination of Module and Master Cube either Date From and Date To or As on Dated will be enabled. |
Description: You can put in the description of cube. Type: You can select the cube type either Private or Public. Private: If you select Private then the cube will be visible to the particular user who have rights to access the respective module and the admin. Public: If you select Public then the cube will be visible to all users who have rights to access the respective module.
Select the Site: Select either All Sites or Selected Sites. If you select All Sites option then the Assign Site section will be disabled. Otherwise you can select site which you want to assign for the cube.
Click on Save button to save the OLAP Cube Manager.

Step-by-step guideThe steps are as follows: Go to Admin > Utility > Manage > Cube Manager. Cube Manager module opens. Click on Action > Assign to User or press CTRL+ALT+I. The Assign to User window opens. It has two(2) views, Cube Wise and User Wise. Select any one view - On selecting Cube Wise View, Cube Manager admin is able to assign multiple users to a particular cube in a particular module. Select Module from lov. Select Cube from lov.. Select all the users who need to have access to that cube. Click on Save.
On selecting User Wise View, Cube Manager admin is able to assign multiple cubes to a particular user. Select User from lov. Select Module - Cube name from lov.. Click on Save.

Pre-requisites- The users' role must have access to the Refresh Status feature by enabling app operation for the feature through Admin - Utility - Manage - Cube Manager.
- Cube Refresh process must be running.
Step-by-step guideThe steps are as follows: Go to Admin > Utility > Manage > Cube Manager.Cube Manager module opens.Select one cube you want to Refresh the Status.Go to Action > Refresh Status or press CTRL+ALT+S.Refresh Status popup window will open. Select the Cube Refresh Process you want to refresh- Assign Cubeset popup window will open.
- Select the Module and Cube Name.
- List of cubes under the selected master cube will be populated.
- Select the cubes you want to assign to the cube set.
- Click on the Add button to save the records.
