  2. Click on the Bin Count tab. 

  3. Scan Bin window will open. 

  4. Scan the bin you want to count. 

  5. You will get three column - Booked Qty., Scanned Qty. and Difference.

    Note

    Note: Difference = Booked Qty. - Scanned Qty. When the Scanned Qty. increases, the Difference decreases.


  6. If you click on Reset, you will get a message - Are you sure you want to reset the below items?

  7. If you click on the Confirm, the Scanned Qty. become zero(0).

  8. Finally, scan the final quantity and Click on the Save button.

Suppose, in books a particular bin is showing x item of 20 pcs. However, physically the bin is empty. Now if user goes to the “Bin Count” module and try to save, the system used to disallow by saying user needs to scan an item. This has been enhanced to accept such save requests.
