Multiple modules like Data Backup, Ginesys Web services, Web Database Locator etc, fail to open and a error message is displayed saying that the specified application file is missing.
CAUSE
There are multiple reasons for the error message to be displayed.
- In case of Launchpad, the system is unable to find the required file.
- In case of Database Locator, the system is unable to find the web.config file.
- In case of Web Services, the IIS is missing.
