Enhancement

Earlier the details of void invoices were deleted and not stored in GINESYS. But now the document details will be stored in GINESYS database, although item and charge details will not be stored.

Sales Invoice
Sales Return
Retail Sale

31171 "Tax region is not defined for all tax groups." - was still displayed after the GST release

Scenario:

After the GST implementation, if include tax in discount was set to 'yes' for the price list and, the tax region definition is not mandatory anymore as tax calculations are HSN based and not dependent on the customers tax region. However, still if the user did not define the VAT rates for all the tax region in the software, the standard message of "Tax region is not defined for all Tax groups." was being displayed.
