SYMPTOMS
An error occurred while trying to open Ginesys LaunchPad from HO workstation. The following messages may appear after user tries to login into the application.
Ginesys workstation is not found installed in this system, Ginesys Desktop can run only if Ginesys workstation is installed.
CAUSE
Ginesys launchpad shortcut icon created directly from the mapped shared folder without installing the workstation application.
Or
If illegal shutdowns are there then a higher percentage chance is Application corruption.
RESOLUTION
Reinstall HO workstation using WKSetup file.
