1

Module Name : Stock Analysis

1.1)  In Stock Dashboard all reports are splited for Qty and Amount.

1.2)  In Stock Dashboard Old Stock >= 180 days. There are an input box to change         the old stock age.

1.3)  In Details Report the order of report appearance is changed. Now the new order         is Sale/Stock| Site wise Sale/Stock | Site wise Transfer | Stock Ratio | Stock             Turnover | Product level Sell Thru | Stock To Sale Ratio| GMROI.

1.4)  In Details Report at Stock Turnover report historical comparison selection option         is added.

1.5)  In Details Report there are some New Reports are added. Those are Product              Level Sell thru%, GMROI, Stock to Sale Ratio.

1.6)  In Stock Level at Custom Report Site, Product and Site Product are removed and         for selection select dimension option is given.

1.7)  In Stock Level there is a new report is added named System Based report. In this         report we have analyse and calculate excess stock stock and shortage stock             system sale days and old stock age.

1.8)  In System Based Stock Level report for Excess, Shortage, Details report - Select         measure option is given and by default min, max, closing stock, shortage stock         and excess stock will be shown.

1.9)  Vendor name and Vendor City are added in System based Stock Level report.

Module Name : Margin Analysis

2.1)  In Details Report there are Growth/Degrowth option is added.

Module Name : Target Analysis

3.1)  In Target Report for At a Glance and Details all reports are available for both         Qty and Amount.

3.2)  In DSR report Site name has ben added.

Module Name : Merchandise Analysis

4.1)  The view of Dashboard is changed.

4.2)  In OTB Analysis Budget and Inventory related reports are added at "Details" and         "Deviation" report.

4.3)  In Purchase Analysis Budget vs Actual reports are added for YTD, MTD, MOM         and  Periodical.

4.4)  In Vendor Analysis, Dashboard is added for YTD, QTD and MTD.

4.5)  In Assortment Analysis, Dashboard is added for YTD, QTD and MTD.

4.6)  In Vendor Analysis for Score Card, Cost Analysis, Purchase Analysis, Stock         Turnover, Sell Thru% there are by default some measure will appear, for               additional measure 'Select Measure' option is given.

4.7)  In Vendor Analysis for Purchase Return report Sale Qty, Sale Amt, Stock Qty         and Stock Amt, Return Contr% on Qty and Amt are added.

4.8)  In Vendor Analysis for "Conditional" report, New report is added for Net Sale          Qty.

Module Name : Supply Chain Analysis

5.1)  In Product Shuffling Sale Qty and Inventory Days are added in the report.

5.2)  In Product Shuffling Dashboard and Details Report are splited into Qty and            Amount.

Module Name : Dashboard

6.1)  At the bottom of the Dashboard "Stock Ageing At a Glance" and "Product           Cont% Sale Amt" chart is modified.

6.2)  In Dashboard 'At a Glance', a new KPI is added for Gross Sale Amount. (Only         for J.C Brothers)

6.3)  In Dashboard 'Details' two new KPI are added for Gross Sale Amount and Tax         Amount.  (Only for J.C Brothers)

1.1)  For better performance remove Avg Inventory Report from Stock Analysis           Dashboard.

1.2)  Stock Turnover Trend removed from Details report.

1.3)  Contribution% condition removed from Stock Ageing Dashboard.

2.1)  In Dashboard formula of Intake Margin is rectified.

2.2)  In Dashboard formula of Net Sale is modified at graphical report.

3.1)  In ABC analysis formula of Shortage Stock and Excess Stock is modified.

3.2)  In New Item Dashboard Store Level Performance report is modified.

3.1)  For better performance dashboard of OTB Analysis has been disabled.

3.2)  In Vendor Analysis Conditional report for Old Stock Amount, Amount Selection         option has been modified.

3.3)  For all report of Vendor Analysis by default Vendor selection option is rectified.
