Balance Sheet (B/S)

The assets section includes everything a company owns such as cash, inventory, and equipment; while the liabilities section represents what the company owes including loans and accounts payable. The balance sheet provides insights into a company's liquidity, solvency, and overall financial stability, helping stakeholders assess the organization's financial health and its ability to meet its financial obligations.
