SYMPTOMS

While data sync is happening; an error message is shown, "A transport-level error has occurred when receiving results from the server"

CAUSE

This is typically a transient condition where the network connection to the web database has failed due to some reason during the sync process.

RESOLUTION

Check your web database connectivity
If web database connectivity succeeds, run sync manually once more.
