SYMPTOMS

Barcode may not be shown in reports like POS like POS Bill, Credit note, GV bill etc. printout where it has been used. In some cases it might happen that the barcode is being shown in a print preview window but not being shown in any printout that is being out.

CAUSE

One of the possible causes for this may be that the font IDAutomationHC39M.ttf is missing in the Fonts folder in your system (C:\Windows\Fonts).

RESOLUTION

  1. Download the font IDAutomationHC39M.ttf from here.
     
  2. The font will be downloaded to your downloads folder which typically is (C:\Users\<username>\Downloads). However, you can download it in any other folder that you like.
     
  3. Go to the folder where you have downloaded the font.
     
  4. Right click on the font and select Install.
     
  5. Verify the installation by going to the C:\Windows\Fonts folder and checking whether the font has been installed there or not
     
  6. Run your report now. The barcode should now appear.
