From Date | Single | Balance Sheet to be shown for the period starts from this date. Opening Balance to be shown for the transactions happened before this date. | |
To Date | Single | Balance Sheet to be shown as on closing balance for this date. | |
Include Un-posted Entries | Single | If it is 'Yes' then report will also consider all those transactions which is not released/posted yet also | |
Include Zero Balance Records | Single | If it is 'Yes' then report will show all the Ledger (or group which do not have non-zero balance) | |
Amount display format | Single | User can opt to display the value as per the following formats : Actual, Crore,Lacs,Million,Thousand, | |
Level | Single | User will have option to choose Level of Accounting Group or Ledger. If user option for Level 1 then the report display at Asset & Liability level similarly for Level 2 - 4 user can consider. Apart from the Levels of Account Group user can opt to see the report at Ledger Level. | |
