Agent | Single | User can opt for a particular Agent (data to be shown for the AR AP Sub ledhgers i.e. Party(s) in which selected Agent is tagged) for specific report purpose. If there is no such specific requirement then ‘ALL’ need to be selected. | |
Class Name | Single | User can opt for particular Sub Ledger Class i.e. Customer, Transporter etc. for specific report purpose. If there is no such specific requirement then ‘ALL’ need to be selected. | |
Release Status | Single | User can opt for Release Status i.e Posted, Unposted, Reverted from this option. If there is no such specific requirement then ‘ALL’ need to be selected. | |
Show Cost Center | Single | If user opt ‘Yes’ then Report will have Cost Centre details | |
AR AP Subledger | Multiple | User can opt for ARAP Sub Ledger (i.e. Party) for the report purpose. If no such specific selection is required then it can be kept in Blank. | |
General Ledger | Multiple | User can opt for General Ledger for the report purpose. If no such specific selection is required then it can be kept in Blank. | |
Credit Journal Sub Ledger | Multiple | User can opt for Sub Ledger (based on General Ledger Selection) for the report purpose. If no such specific selection is required then it can be kept in Blank. | |
