Selections | Name | Selection type | Objective |
From Date | Single | Report to be shown based on transaction happened for the period starts from this date | |
To Date | Single | Report to be shown based on transaction happened for the period ends to this date | |
Include Unposted Entries | Single | If it is 'True' then report will also consider all those transactions which is not released/posted yet also. | |
Include Zero Balance Records | Single | If it is 'True' then report will show all the Ledger (or group which do not have non-zero balance) | |
Amount display format | Single | User can opt to display the value as per the following formats : Actual, Crore,Lacs,Million,Thousand, | |
Level | Single | User can opt to see the Report level through this Option. Based on the selection i.e. Chart of Account’s Level (i.e. Level1, Level2,Level3,Level4) or the Ledger Profit & Loss Account will be grouped at that level. | |
Cost Centre | Multiple | User can select particular Cost Centre or multiple cost centre for Report purpose. Based on the selection the Profit & Loss Account will be visible for those cost centres only. If no such selection is needed then can be kept ‘Blank’ for all site’s data. | |
