From Date | Single | Report to be shown based on transaction happened for the period starts from this date | |

Include Unposted Entries | Single | If it is 'true' then report will also consider all those transactions which is not released/posted yet also. | |
Include Zero Balance Records | Single | If it is 'Yes' then report will show all the Ledger (or group which do not have non-zero balance) | |
Amount display format | Single | User can opt to display the value as per the following formats : Actual, Crore,Lacs,Million,Thousand, | |
Level | Single | User can opt to see the Report level through this Option. Based on the selection i.e. Chart of Account’s Level (i.e. Level1, Level2,Level3,Level4) or the Ledger. Trial Balance will be visible with selected level(s). | |
