Picklist Confirmation from Alternate Bin enabled

Enhancement Summary:

To handle the below scenario, Ginesys now has the provision for the operator to opt for alternate bin while picking. The system will now show a suggestive list of Bins from where items could be picked up. Operators on a real-time basis can pick the items from these other bins and complete the picking. Furthermore, the system will automatically pass the Bin adjustment entry and move the shadow quantity to Suspense Bin.

Scenario:

• There is a practical scenario where the warehouse operator starts picking the items as per the picklist and eventually in a few bins he could not find the items because of stock mismatch. As a result, he could not complete his picking. 

• As a workaround, presently the operator manually searches for the items in the warehouse that may be in some other bins and picks from there to complete the picking. If items are not at all present in the warehouse, the order needs to be canceled or partially fulfilled.

• The present workaround, i.e. random picking creates a difference in bin stock which will again lead to the false reservation and ultimately manual Bin adjustment entry would need to be passed to handle the scenario.
