13019  Now Connected Users can be managed from Login Page with proper credential

Scenario:

Sometimes even the Admin users might find it impossible to access Ginesys ERP as the number of Connected Users have consumed the number of License users.

Enhancement Summary:

The system will now manage connected user(s) and respective sessions from the login page itself, allowing users with proper credentials (users with access to License Manager) to kill idle session and free the license users slot for optimum and better usage of the software.

It's a pleasure to inform the users that Ginesys has extended the applicability of the Audit Trail feature in Ginesys ERP. With this update, Ginesys has included several new modules for capturing detailed audit logs for all financial transactions. Modules that have been added to the Audit Trail feature has been mentioned above. These modules have been included in addition to the previously supported modules, such as Orders, masters etc.

Enhancement Summary:

Now in Ginesys ERP there is a provision to capture the detailed audit logs for all the financial transactions given above. The Audit Trail feature helps to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, and provides complete transparency and accountability for all actions taken within the system. With this update, user will now have access to detailed audit logs for all the modules mentioned above. Ginesys believes that this update will greatly benefit our users, and help them better manage their financial transactions.

3. Observe that while clicking on save button the following error is showing - Error: Unable to determine state as per GST number.

Issue:

Earlier, Ginesys introduced a check to see that Issued Users cannot be greater than Licensed Users so for this above condition the user was unable to proceed.

Solution:

Ginesys has modified the validation and observed that if the Licensed User is less than Issued user then it allows them to modify. But once the Licensed User gets equal to the Issued User, the user can only decrease the Issued User and not increase.
