Dear Customer,

Greetings from Ginesys!

This is an important notification about the release of a new version of  HO Auto Update (v 10.0) along with Ginesys version 11.136.2. You will not be able to see Ginesys version 11.136.2 in available database update list if  HO AutoUpdate.exe (v10.0) is not downloaded.  This new version is built on .NET Framework 4.6.2.

We have found that during update of HO AutoUpdate to the new version, the application file 'HOAutoUpdate2.exe' is getting replaced. But the loader application file, 'HOAutoUpdate.exe' remain unchanged. We have identified an issue, which is occurring where the loader file 'HOAutoUpdate.exe' remains the old one (Framework 3.5 based). The error screenshot is attached below. 

 

If you get the above error message, download the updated HOAutoUpdate.exe from the this location and replace in <Ginesys Installed Drive>\GSL\GINESYS12\Shared folder.
