How To: Install Crystal Report Runtime

Crystal Reports Installation

1. Play the GINESYS POS Installation DVD and open the folder.
   
   
2. Go to the Support - Crystal13Redist - CrystalRedistribute. Right click on CRRedist2008_x64 and click on the Install option from the drop-down. Windows Installer opens. The User Account Control window opens. Click Yes. 
   
   
3. Once the installation is complete, close the window.
   
   
4. Go to the link http://support.ginesys.in/downloads/ and then current/ option. Alternatively you can get it from Common Downloads.
   
   

5. Click CRRuntime 64bit 13.0.20.msi. The file gets downloaded (with the same time) in the Downloads folder (or any other folder where the files the set to be downloaded).
   

   IMPORTANT

   Note: If you are at any Ginesys version lower then 11.132.0, you would need to install Crystal Reports Runtime 13.0.8 along with Crystal Reports Runtime 13.0.10.5

   CRRedist2008_x64.msi - for 64 bit

   CRRedist2008_x86.msi - for 32 bit

6. Double click on the file and install it. The Windows Installer opens.
   
   
7. Next, the SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework... window opens. Click Next. This leads to the License Agreement page.
   
   
8. Select  I accept the License Agreement option and click Next. The Start Installation page opens.
   
   
9. Click Next. The User Account Control window opens. Click Yes. 
   
   
10. Close the window once the download is completed.
