"There exists Plan record(s) in previous Accounting year which is not yet completed. Please check it" - message shown when user try to Query Planing Records in time of planning Stock Audit.
CAUSE
...
The probable cause of the error message is that some incomplete plans exists for particular user and for particular site in particular accounting year.
RESOLUTION
...
A probable resolution of this issue might be achieved by following the given steps:
- Change the user for login Log out the current logged in profile in Ginesys Desktop.
- Login into Ginesys Desktop with another user for the last date of previous accounting year.
- Change the Site.
- Click on Stock Audit > Plan Stock Audit.
- Plan Stock Audit window will open.
- Select Plan Status.
Put the Login Date of previous year.
now try create a new Audit PlanSelect All from drop down. - Click on Query Panning Record.
- Right Click on any row of records. You will get the status of the plan.
- Now you can plan New Stock Audit.
