SYMPTOMS

An error is appeared on Screen while trying to export any web report to Excel format. The error is as follows.

Could not load file or assembly 'netstandard, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.    at Syncfusion.XlsIO.Implementation.XmlSerialization.FileDataHolder.SaveStyles().

CAUSE

  • The reason behind this error is Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 is not installed in Web Report Server or Ginesys HO server.

RESOLUTION

  • Here need to install the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 in Web Report Server or Ginesys HO Server.
