 Add DN/CN Reconciliation

Pre-requisites

  1. The users' role must have access to the Add app operation in the DN/CN Reconciliation feature in Procurement - Operations - Others through Roles in Ginesys Web - Admin - Security.
  2. Document Numbering Scheme must be present for the module.

Step-by-step guide

The process is divided into the following steps:

  1. Go to Ginesys Web > Procurement > Operations > Others > DN/CN Reconciliation.
  2. DN/CN Reconciliation window will open.
  3. You will get two sections - Document Filter Criteria and Document Details
  4. Document Filter Criteria:

    1. Select the Owner Site (Mandatory Field) for which you want to create the Purchase. By default, it will be populated with the connected site.(Owner Site wise General Ledger selection is applicable).
    2. Entry Type (Mandatory Field), Creation Mode (Mandatory Field), Reconciliation status (Mandatory Field) will be populated automatically.
    3. Select the Vendor Name (Mandatory Field) from the  lookup window. 
    4. Entry Date Range And Invoice Date Range will be populated automatically. You can also change it as per your requirement.
    5. Select Release Status from the available options (All, Posted, Un-Posted) and the documents will be populated according to that.
    6. System date will be populated in the Date field (Mandatory Field). You can change the date as per your requirement. You can only select the past date from the system date but not any future date.

  5. Service Details:

      1. The document(s) will be populated in this section.
  6. Click on the Save button to save Service Debit Note. You will get a  message "Record(s) updated successfully".
