Supply chain

The supply chain analysis has been divided into two sub-modules: product shuffling and no replenishment.

Product Shuffling

The product shuffling module provides an at-a-glance view of product performance over a specific period, based on different parameters. This allows the user to identify the top and bottom sites with the highest and lowest sell-through percentages, respectively. From this information, the user can make informed decisions about which site requires product shuffling. A detailed report is also available, which considers specific divisions and allows the user to make decisions on store-to-store product shuffling based on parameters such as stock quantity, average sale per day, sell-through percentage, sell quantity, and inventory days. To aid the user in making decisions, color masking is provided for sell-through percentage and average sell per day. Sell-through percentages that exceed a specific threshold are highlighted in green, while low percentages are highlighted in red.

No Replenishment

The no replenishment module allows the user to identify products that have not been replenished in the last eight days, enabling informed decisions to be made about replenishment. Overall, these modules provide users with valuable information that can be used to optimize supply chain management and improve overall performance.
