Easyrewardz Configuration

Easyrewardz is a third party CRM application which is integrated with Ginesys ERP. The application is configured in head office and after synchronization of data from head office, it is used in POS stores. This process of configuration and running the application at POS stores has been described in two phases - HO and POS side integration

HO-CONFIGURATION OF EASYREWARDZ

The configuration for easyrewardz application is done in the following 4 segments:

Modification in ‘GinApps.config’ file.
Enabling ‘Easyrewardz’ from Master Policy.
Defining the configuration in Easyrewardz configuration window.
Data synchronization from HO.

[A] MODIFICATION IN ‘GINAPPS.CONFIG’ FILE

Go to ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\GSL\GINESYS POS’
Open ‘GinApps.config’ file
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Add the following XML lines:

<add key="EasyRewardWebServiceTrace" value="1"/>
Save the file.

[B] ENABLING ‘EASYREWARDZ’ FROM MASTER POLICY

Open Retail Management from GINESYS Web.
Go to Setup > Master Policy
Click on System Settings tab.
Tick the Is EasyRewardz Integrated option.
Click on OK.

[C] DEFINING THE CONFIGURATION IN EASYREWARDZ CONFIGURATION WINDOW

Go to Control > Configuration > Easy Rewardz Configuration to open the configuration window.
Fill in the data fields. [The table format has been given below for help]
Click on Save.

SRL	CONFIGURATION NAME	SIGNIFICANCE
1	URL	Contains the Easyrewardz API. It will be provided by Easyrewardz
2	USERNAME	Username of the application. To be provided by Easyrewardz.
3	USERNAMETOGENERATETOKEN	Username to generate token. To be provided by Easyrewardz.
4	ADMINUSERNAME	Username of the admin panel of the easyrewardz application.
5	USERPASSWORD	Password of the admin panel of the easyrewardz application.
6	DEVID	Developer id. To be provided by Easyrewardz application.
7	APPID	Application id. To be provided by Easyrewardz application.
8	PROGRAMCODE	It is the program code. To be provided by Easyrewardz application.
9	ACTIVITYCODEFORACCRUAL	It is the accrual or loyalty point earning code. To be provided by easyrewardz.
10	ACTIVITYCODEFORREDEMPTION	It is the code for loyalty point redemption.
11	MEMBERSHIPNUMBERAPPLICABLE	This option specifies if points will be calculated with/without using the membership number. There are two options [Yes \| NO]. If the option is set to YES, then membership number becomes mandatory at the time of customer creation. The membership numbers will be provided by Easyrewardz. If this option is set to NO, then membership number will not be mandatory while customer creation.
12	REDEMPTIONMODE	The user can choose between any two redemption modes between Discount and MOP. If it is Discount, then redemption will be treated as discount.

[D] DATA SYNCHRONIZATION FROM HO.

Go to GINESYS Launchpad.
Click on either Sync Selective or Sync All button. (If you click on Sync Selective, you will need to select the sites where you wish to Sync the Easyrewardz integration information)
Click on Ok when Data synchronization is completed successfully message appears.
