Understanding Print sku Barcodes in BT

Navigate to Inventory stock page - click on Print SKU Barcodes 

 

 

There 2 Options available to Print Barcodes from Browntape 

1:Print on A4

2:Print on Thermal

 

1:Print on A4 

 Two options are available - 24 Stickers (up to 9 fields can be selected )

                                            21 Stickers (up to 6 fields can be selected )

You can also Insert blank Label Between different set of SKU by checklisting the tick box 

 

 

 

2:Print on thermal Labels

Three page size are supported for Printing on Thermal label

  1. 2x1 (2 inch x 1inch) You can select up to 6 fields

  2. 2x1 (2 inch x 1 inch) You can select up to 12 fields

  3. 1x1 (4 inch x 2 inch) You can select up to 12 fields

 

 

Manual

You can Manually type SKU code or the item name 

SKU Series

In a serial number, if you have SKUs whose starting initials are the same, type the initials and the result will show you all SKUs with matching initials

Bulk CSV (only for A4 )

Download blank Csv format mention the SKU code and the label count and reupload the file 

 

In order to configure your printer, click Printer Settings - Printer preferences - Page Setup - Select the desired page size and click Apply. (Configurations will vary depending on the printer) You can contact your printer support team for help.

If the page is not configured click on New and fill the page size 

 

The alignment settings can be found under page setup in the Advanced options section - Printing Position - Horizontal offset and Vertical offset

Make the necessary changes click on OK and then Apply 

 

 

You can print the SKU barcodes from Browntape once the changes have been made

 

IMPORTANT: Only the SKU details are transferred from Browntape to the Printer, and alignment needs to be done on the System or the Printer.
