Understanding Order Details

When we click on a specific order, all of the order data, including the customer's name, 

shipping information, billing information, and order total breakdown, will be displayed.

 

Understanding Items & Item Calculations

Item-by-item computations are provided, and the order total is displayed after any shipping charges or discounts have been included.

 

 

How does orders logs work?, Importance of orders log

Order log known as what’s been occurring? Provides complete order information, including the proper time stamp for order fetch, inventory sync, tax allocation, batch addition etc.

If there is a problem processing the order or if there is an error, you may look in the order logs to see what went wrong as all the error of the order bes provided in the logs.

 

Orders Messages

Here, you may enter any internal notes for the order that won't be seen by the customer.

 

Orders Transactions

The transaction source is specified along with the total amount, and the source of payment will also be mentioned such as cash, credit or debit cards, or any alternative payment method.

 

Understanding cancellation, returns and replacement, Return to Origin (RTO)

Cancellation: You can choose the cancellation option, select a reason for cancelling, and the cancel status will be updated.

 

 

Returns and replacement

When you click on the "Returns and Replacement" option, you'll be presented with two choices: you can either opt for a return or a replacement or both. After making your selection, you'll be prompted to choose a reason for the return or replacement. Once you've done this, the status of your request will be updated accordingly.

Return to Origin (RTO)

You have the option to select "Return to Origin (RTO)," specify your reason for choosing this option, and subsequently, the status will be updated accordingly.

Deleting an Order

When you delete an order all the information regarding the order is lost permanently, the order is removed from the shipping batch, the customer information, shipping information and item information is permanently lost.
