Track Shipments

A seller may take efforts to send out an order on time. However, most businesses will not track their orders after being handed over to a courier company. To make this scenario a little easier to handle, Browntape proactively tracks orders. Thus a seller can view the in-transit, delivered and RTO statuses of his orders at a glance by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Browntape account

  2. Click on ‘Orders’

  3. Click on ‘Track Shipments’
