What is an AWB?

Air Waybill (AWB) or air consignment note refers to a receipt issued for goods and an evidence of the contract of carriage, but it is not a document of title to the goods. It basically refers to the tracking number provided by the courier.

Once a batch of orders is created, a courier and tracking ID needs to be assigned to the batch. You can manually assign AWB for each order in a batch by clicking on the batch name and entering the courier and tracking ID (AWB) for every order.

Say you have shipped a large number of orders, updating this information for each and every order is difficult. The option of 'Bulk AWB Upload' allows you to upload all this information at once.
