Enhancements in Ginesys POS : Bill Level Benefits

Allowing Multi Bill level Benefits in a single Bill. (Bill Promo, Bill Manual Discount and Coupon)

Enhancement Summary

1. Current Working: In Ginesys POS, user can only apply any one of the benefit out of (Bill level promotion/ Bill level manual discount/ Coupon) in a POS Bill. And it was requested by entity in large to provide the flexibility in POS to apply all benefits in a single Bill.

2. Proposed Change: Post this feature update, all types of bill level benefits could be applied in a single POS Bill to provide customers with the maximum benefits.

3. Reporting Changes: The segregation of the Bill level benefits will be available for Bills created after the feature update. For existing bills this segregation will not be available.
   
   

Introduced a new setting to restrict Coupon redemption on POS Bill where bill promo is applied

Enhancement Summary

1. Current Working: Currently multi benefits was not allowed at POS Bill level

2. Proposed Change: With the enhancement as mentioned above, we have introduced a new system setting “Allow coupon redemption on bill where bill level promotion is already applied”. Through this system setting, brand/entity can choose to allow or restrict the redemption of coupon, on a POS bill where bill level promotion is already applied.

3. Transition handling: On update this setting will be set as No. In case brand/entity want to relax the restriction they can change it to Yes.
