Managing OMS Apps Allocation

 Add OMS Apps Allocation

Prerequisite

  1. The users' role must have access to the Add app operation in the OMS APP Allocation feature in Sales & Distribution - Retail - E-Commerce Masters through Roles in Ginesys Web - Admin - Security.

  2. The user must Add OMS Connected Apps  in the OMS Apps feature in Ginesys Web - Admin - Utilities.

Step-by-step guide

Following steps are used:

  1. Go to Ginesys Web > Sales & distribution > Retail > E-Commerce Masters > OMS APP Allocation .

  2. List view of OMS Connected Apps will be shown.
     

    The listed OUs are configured in Admin - Utilities - Connected Apps - OMS Apps.

  3. Click on the Add button.

  4. Ginesys Online Order Management System window will open.

  5. There is one field available in General section - Organisation Unit.

  6. There are four tabs available in this window - Applicable Sites, Items, Channels and Transporters.
  7. Select an Available Site from the Applicable Sites tab and click on the Right Arrow.

  8. The selected Available Sitewill be moved to the Assigned Siteswith details of the Available Sites.

    Sites once allocated cannot be de-allocated.

  9. In the Item tab there is a section- Applicable Items with three modes- Select Item, Scan Item and Import Barcode. Choose any of the modes to add items.

    Item once allocated cannot be de-allocated.

  10. In the Channel tab there is two sections - Available Channel and Assigned Channel
  11. Select an Available Channel from the Channel tab and click on the Right Arrow.
  12. The selected Available Channel will be moved to the Assigned Channel with details of the Available Channel.

    Channels once allocated cannot be de-allocated.

  13. In the Transporter tab there is two sections - Available Transporter and Assigned Transporter
  14. Select an Available Transporter from the Transporter tab and click on the Right Arrow.
  15. The selected Available Transporter will be moved to the Assigned Transporter with details of the Available Transporter.

    Transporters once allocated cannot be de-allocated.
