How to add Meesho
Follow these steps to add MEESHO as a channel in Browntape:
Log in to your Browntape account
Click on ‘Channels’
From the list of supported channels, under the MEESHO API, click on ‘Add this’
Enter the Refresh token as "test"
Generate the “X-Hook-Key and-Hook Secret” (unique identifier) in the channel settings page
Once the same is generated the client needs to drop in an email to the Meesho team meesholink-integration@meesho.com with the following details:
Seller registered Email id
X-Hook Secret
Browntape- Third party
After this step, the Meesho team will start the migration and the BT channel will get an activation event which will update the refresh token and supplier identifier field in the channel settings page
Once the refresh token is fetched in Browntape the listings will flow in we need to make sure that all the listings are mapped in BT or else the orders shall not move from pending acceptance
That's it, you’re done! Now orders from your MEESHO store will start flowing into Browntape automatically.
NOTE: Currently we are fetching the Gross order amount via API for meesho, hence we shall request the clients not to refer to Sales Reports generated for Meesho via Browntape.
Once we share the mail with the meesho team they will request the client to fill in the Google form
Upon sharing the data with the meesho team, they will provide a Google form for the client to complete.
